What is the store's return and exchange policy? 
No returns or exchanges are accepted unless there was a mistake in your order. For questions or disputes, please use the contact form below and reference your order number. If your order was damaged, please provide photos as evidence. 

Store is not responsible for any lost packages if tracking has indicated that it has left the local post office. Any issues with customs is up to the responsibility of the customer to call their local post office. 

Unsatisfied items are unrefundable.
